Ingredients

3 cups corn (fresh, frozen, or canned & drained)

2 jalapeños, diced (remove seeds for less heat)

½ cup cream cheese, softened

½ cup sour cream

½ cup shredded cheddar cheese

½ cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese

¼ cup crumbled cooked bacon

½ tsp smoked paprika

Instructions
1. Preheat the Smoker
Set your smoker to 275°F with a mild wood like hickory or pecan.
2. Mix the Base
In a large bowl, mix together:
